2002年6月毕业于湖南农业大学资源环境学院农业土壤与化学专业,获学士学位;2004年12月毕业于华南农业大学资源环境学院土壤学专业,获硕士学位;2009年1月中国科学院广州地球化学研究所环境科学专业,获博士学位。毕业后到中国科学院城市环境研究所助理研究员,2011年7月工作调动到中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所,依次晋升助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。

近年来,针对农业面源污染防控与资源化利用问题,近年来,在流域农业面源污染防控技术体系及系统方案构建、污水生态强化处理及资源化利用等方面开展了较深入研究。筛选了脱氮功能微生物菌和高效湿地植物,研制了吸附能力强的改性材料,自主研发了农村生活污水、农田排水和富营养化水体、黑臭水体等生态高效处理和面源污染防控及河道水体净化提升系列技术。主持国家和省市地方项目20余项。发表科研论文100余篇,其中SCI论文70余篇(top期刊文章22篇),被引频次2200余次;参编专著3部,申请国家发明专利15项;进入“2019年度全球科学影响力前2%科学家排行榜榜单”。获湖南省科技进步一等奖1项。
